BFSI
AI for banking, lending, and compliance — production-grade, not theoretical.
Highest AI budgets globally, and regulatory complexity that makes AI valuable rather than risky when it's built right. We serve banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and co-operative banks with a hard boundary: full delivery on analytics and decision-support, human sign-off on everything that touches money movement.
Use Cases
Seven use cases, each already proven in production.
These aren't a menu of hypotheticals — they're the patterns we build from on day one of every BFSI engagement.
| Use case | Technique | Value delivered |
|---|---|---|
| SAR / AML narrative generation | Full fine-tune on SAR filings | 3-hour task → 15-minute review |
| Credit memo & underwriting narrative | QLoRA on credit committee docs | Consistent, auditable credit narratives at scale |
| Regulatory document analysis | RAG on CBUAE / FinCEN rulebooks | Real-time regulatory Q&A with citation trails |
| KYC document extraction | Fine-tune on ID + onboarding records | 95%+ extraction accuracy |
| Loan decision explanation (XAI) | Fine-tune on decisioning logic | ECOA / UAE consumer-credit compliant explanations |
| Fraud alert summarisation | QLoRA on fraud case records | Plain-language alerts with supporting evidence |
| Branch / RM copilot | RAG on product catalog + CRM | RM prepares for every meeting in under 2 minutes |
The Boundary
What we will never automate.
Hard Boundary — Financial Services
No autonomous trade execution or autonomous credit approval without a human-in-the-loop gate. Full AI delivery is permitted for analytics, reporting, summarisation, and decision-support tools. Autonomous trading or autonomous credit decisioning without human sign-off is not offered under any engagement model — full stop.
This isn't a limitation we apologize for — it's the reason regulated buyers can put our output in front of an examiner. Every BFSI engagement is scoped against this line before a single line of code is written.
