We review; your clinical team validates. Never autonomous clinical production AI without a clinician's sign-off in the decision loop.

The Bidirectional IP Firewall.
Startup clients retain full ownership of their IP — nothing disclosed during an engagement restricts their rights, and nothing we build for them leaks to a competing client via our bench. This is a published protocol, not just a contract clause, which means we can serve competing companies in the same vertical without conflict.
It's signed before any Fractional AI Partner engagement begins, and it governs every Assessment: engagements are strictly read-only and observational — we don't introduce, implement, or deploy any proprietary code or architecture into your environment during an Assessment.
IP assignment — standard SOW clause
Upon full payment, we assign to you all rights, title, and interest in the work product created specifically for your use case — including fine-tuned model weights. We retain only our pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and general know-how. You receive full ownership of every deliverable.
